RSS Security is a leading KDN-licensed security company in Malaysia (Ministry of Home Affairs approved), established in 1995. Since its inception, RSS Security has built a strong reputation by assembling a seasoned management team of security professionals, including veterans from the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) and the Armed Forces (ATM).
To strengthen service capability and workforce quality, RSS Security has formed strategic partnerships in Malaysia with Jabatan Hal Ehwal Veteran ATM (JHEV), government agencies, Jabatan Tenaga Kerja, Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran, and various colleges and training institutions.
With a focus on delivering a full range of integrated security services in Malaysia, RSS Security continues to serve clients across multiple industries with a strong commitment to excellence, reliability, and innovation in security solutions.

With over 20 years of experience in the police service, Datin monitors and safeguards clients' interests and business. She also has experience in the service industry, marketing, and development training.
Aini Suraya Bt Datuk Hj. Osman
Managing Director And Shareholder
Aini is a chartered accountant and has over 20 years of experience in auditing, accounting, corporate planning, project management and risk management. She also acts as a successor to the family business founded by her father, Dato’ Osman bin Awal.
Zanita Bt Datuk Hj Osman
Director
Zanita holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from Edith Cowan University, Australia and a Masters of Business Administration from University Institute Technology Mara. She has experience in financial consultancy, marketing, and development training.
